Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead the Digital Marketing Team as the
Director of Digital Marketing .
This role is essential to the success of our Commercial Strategy team, responsible for leading an end‑to‑end digital strategy across e‑commerce, owned, earned and paid media. It is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for a leader who thrives in big‑picture planning and day‑to‑day execution and who is accountable for translating digital strategy into measurable commercial results. This role offers flexibility for hybrid/remote work arrangements.
You’ll lead property‑level brand and digital planning alongside Commercial Services leadership while developing, implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to elevate presence, accelerate growth, drive revenue and enhance customer acquisition across our portfolio of properties while aligning with company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across the internal team and agency partners to create a high‑performance environment
Set priorities and annual roadmap for the Digital Marketing function aligned with company OKRs
Uphold and be accountable to department goals, objectives, and processes
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices (in hospitality); guide the department to implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Foster a team environment of continuous improvement
Onboard and train Digital Marketing team new hires
Coach and develop team members to build bench strength and growth plans
Collaborate with company leaders and cross‑department teams to provide marketing support and ensure cohesive strategies and initiatives to support company objectives
Provide communication, training and education to General Managers and Sales Leaders to raise their awareness and understanding of Digital Marketing
Analyze hotel‑specific needs and create strategies and tactics for increasing revenue portfolio‑wide and for a dedicated portion of the portfolio
Discuss trends and sales strategy, review results from the prior month and determine upcoming events and action plans for occupancy and RevPAR maximization for future dates in collaboration with Revenue and Sales leaders
Develop, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns and tactics such as programmatic display, retargeting, paid search and paid social
Develop and implement location‑specific strategies to meet and exceed goals in the areas of revenue generation and market share performance
Manage spend budgets and pacing to provide ongoing recommendations for optimizations, tactics and channels
Manage a well‑balanced distribution strategy among direct channels and OTAs to optimize channel mix
Collaborate with Revenue teams to drive fair share on OTAs and promote packages and offers through Travel Ads and co‑op campaigns
Develop and manage standalone hotel websites to drive hotel awareness and direct bookings
Monitors and maximizes performance of brand websites
Regularly audit each hotel’s online presence to ensure all third‑party listings are optimized, visible, accurate, up to date, on‑brand and engaging
Execute SEO tactics to maximize traffic from search engines and improve ranking
Perform regular search audits to gauge each hotel’s visibility on major search engines and information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas of improvement including actionable recommendations
Own digital reporting and insights across all channels
Partner with Finance to evolve attribution models and measurement frameworks across channels
Regularly report on performance through monthly and quarterly reports to company leadership and hotel stakeholders
Attend regular calls with hotel stakeholders to advise on marketing performance and build relationships
Own digital marketing budget process
Responsible for monthly marketing billing
Partner with IT, Legal and Finance as needed on platform selection and vendor contracts
Manage marketing vendors and agency partners
Identify opportunities to scale innovation, leverage AI tools, and create marketing automation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
8‑12 years of progressive experience in digital performance marketing roles, specifically in the hospitality industry
Fully versed in hotel distribution channels, paid media, e‑commerce, SEO, websites and analytics
Previous experience with major hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Choice, etc.) preferred
Proven success leading teams and agencies in a performance‑driven environment
Proven success of developing digital marketing strategies, driving significant growth in customer acquisition and revenue
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
Strategic problem‑solving abilities and a growth mindset
Minimum of 3 years directly supervising other associates
Past e‑commerce responsibilities and demonstrative experience with tracking growth and generating analytical reporting
Experience managing multiple brand entities and key hotel markets from both a creative and analytical standpoint
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Collaborative style to accomplishing goals
High attention to detail and ability to multi‑task required
Ability to build positive relationship with internal customers and stakeholders
Travel to assigned hotels and corporate office periodically for meetings and other business activities as needed
