Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a
Performance Marketing Director
for a high‑growth B2B SaaS company. This hybrid role is based in Redmond, WA, requiring onsite collaboration Monday–Wednesday and remote work Thursday–Friday.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Performance Marketing Director will lead the evolution and scaling of a global demand engine, owning inbound growth, performance marketing, and full‑funnel optimization across multiple regions. This hands‑on, highly analytical leader will diversify acquisition channels beyond traditional search while improving efficiency and predictability quarter over quarter. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive scalable pipeline impact across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and scale the global performance and growth marketing strategy, diversifying beyond branded and non‑branded search
Lead paid digital channels and full‑funnel optimization to drive efficient, predictable pipeline growth
Build and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap to unlock new channels, segments, and efficiencies
Manage, coach, and develop a global team across performance, growth, and SEO/AEO functions
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams
Own global paid budgets, forecasting, reporting, and optimization with a focus on ROAS and cost‑per‑qualified pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven B2B performance and growth marketing leadership experience, ideally within SaaS or AI‑driven environments
Demonstrated success diversifying acquisition channels, including affiliates and influencer marketing programs
Deep expertise across paid media, SEO/AEO, experimentation, and full‑funnel optimization
Highly analytical mindset with strong forecasting, attribution, and performance diagnostics capabilities
Executive‑level communicator with a collaborative, hands‑on leadership style
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a
