Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Knowledge of Cornerstone
Ability to learn and use other learning management systems
About the job The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor‑led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. It manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities
Develop eLearning, instructor‑led, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end‑user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects.
Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train‑the‑trainer classes with facilitators. Consult with stakeholders to support client needs.
Foster teamwork within the team and with other co‑workers; work independently and with other designers and facilitators to design training materials, acting in the role of lead designer when needed.
Use evaluation instruments and formal processes to measure and report training effectiveness. Utilize data to implement design strategies to increase effectiveness.
Ensure consistency and compliance in training programs.
Practice core 4 values in all operational processes and procedures.
Maintain currency in existing and new ISD skills, technologies, and learning modalities. Deliver results and meet timelines. Think creatively in design and problem solving.
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job‑related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
