We’re seeking a
Video Generative AI Research Scientist / Engineer
to be a foundational member of our U.S. team. You’ll lead the design, training, and deployment of state-of-the‑art generative models, bridging research and engineering to create experiences that move seamlessly from the lab to real‑world production. What You’ll Do
Research, design, and train
state-of-the‑art generative models
(e.g., diffusion, rectified flow) for video. Develop and optimize proprietary infrastructure for
fast inference and scalable training . Collaborate with research and engineering teams to
prototype and ship interactive experiences
from idea to live product. Contribute to Decart’s long‑term
research agenda , shaping the future of generative video and multimodal AI. What We’re Looking For
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or MSc with equivalent industry research experience). Strong, hands‑on background in
training generative models
(diffusion, rectified flow, etc.). Proven experience
taking research to production
in real‑world systems. Proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and distributed training environments. Strong track record of publications, patents, or shipped projects in generative AI. Bonus Points
Experience with
multimodal data
(video, audio, text). Familiarity with
real‑time systems
and interactive media applications. Prior experience in scaling AI infrastructure for high‑throughput video workloads. Why Join Decart
