Position Overview We are partnering with our client to identify a dynamic Head of Communications who will work with leadership to develop a cohesive brand and lead communications. This individual will craft and execute a strategic narrative that elevates the company's brand and ensures consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Oversee media relations, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling to enhance visibility and credibility.
Manage internal communications to foster engagement and alignment across teams.
Drive brand strategy and positioning to strengthen the company's identity within the AI and biotech ecosystem.
Lead crisis communications planning and response.
Manage an external PR agency and collaborate with internal leaders to align communications with company priorities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all messaging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in communications within biotech, AI, or technology sectors.
Proven success in communications, brand development, and corporate reputation management.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Strong media relations and digital communications expertise.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
