About the Role We are seeking a social obsessed Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of our social media strategy across all major platforms. This role will play a key part in building brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving growth for Dieux. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and science, a strong eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist our Head of Social in the planning, creation, and execution of daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms - both behind and in front of the camera if applicable
Support content production, including briefing creative assets, coordinating shoots, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Develop the content calendar and ensure of a consistent posting schedule
Monitor cultural trends and adapt them to our brand voice and aesthetic in real time
Ideate hooks for social copy and assist with potential script writing with our Copywriter
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer Marketing, PR, Creative, and E-commerce teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content
(beauty experience a MUST)
Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and content formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, Pinterest board, etc.) – you should be
social obsessed!
Proficient in tools such as Dash Social, Asana, Meta Business Manager, and CapCut
Exceptional communication skills with a strong grasp of brand voice
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Figma and Google Workspace
Passion for beauty and a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Strong understanding of the skincare landscape
Working understanding of and a
passion for the science behind skincare
