Growth Marketer (Founding) – B2B SaaS – AI MarTech

Intalex is partnered with a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company in the AI MarTech / AI Search Visibility space to hire a Founding Growth Marketer (Bay Area, hybrid, very flexible). This role is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on growth marketer who loves experimenting and wants a true founding seat.

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr (equity included)

Location

San Francisco, CA (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure for brand attribution in the age of LLMs
• Build a platform for monitoring and actioning improvements across AI search
• Build inbound demand from scratch as the first growth marketing hire
• Run growth experiments across paid and organic channels, and measure what works
• Own socials and help run monthly in‑person events
• Work closely with the CEO on messaging and new growth channels

Qualifications

• ✅ Experience in demand generation / growth marketing at a Series A–C B2B startup
• ???? Curious, fast learner, and comfortable operating in a lean, high‑ownership environment
