As the Sales and Marketing Director , you will lead and oversee the marketing efforts of the community in order to meet or exceed the budgeted census. Areas of focus will include first impressions, marketing planning, sales process, lead tracking & follow up, and referral development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee community marketing efforts to meet or exceed census goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans across first impressions, lead tracking, referral development, and sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of senior living Marketing Director experience.
