Location: Malvern, PA | HybridJob Type: 5 month contract, potential to extendSchedule: Full-time 37.5 hours per weekCompensation Range: $60.00 - $74/hr W2We are looking for a strategic and influential Video Producer who can function as both a Producer and a Director for a premier in-house media production department. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting breakthrough content-ranging from digital/TV advertising and social media to podcasts and internal communications-that tells a complex story with clarity and humanity.You will act as a creative lead, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. This includes everything from initial concepting and script advising to directing talent on set and overseeing final post-production.Responsibilities:End-to-End Production: Manage the full creation process, including project management, creative treatments, budgeting, and media asset licensing.Directing & Storytelling: Direct talent and subject matter experts on set, with a specific focus on creating engaging, interview-based, documentary-style content.Stakeholder Management: Partner with Marketing and Communications teams across the enterprise to ensure creative vision aligns with business goals.Crew Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with production crews, external vendors, video editors, and designers to ensure high-quality execution.Strategic Advising: Provide expert guidance on scripts and creative concepts to senior leaders and subject matter experts.Passion for storytelling and a track record creating high-quality creative work.Producing and directing experience with a brand, agency, or production company.Experience creating engaging interview-based documentary style videosStrong stakeholder and relationship management.Ability to communicate with and direct subject matter experts and senior leaders to deliver key messages.
