We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Authorization Consultant who will join a project for our international client in the pharma industry, supporting complex SAP landscapes and strategic security initiatives across S/4HANA and cloud environments.

What you will do
- Lead the technical implementation of complex authorization and security solutions across various SAP modules, including custom developments and interfaces.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Authorization in S/4HANA and cloud solutions, providing strategic guidance to IT leadership, business owners, and project teams.
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve IT processes and standards related to SAP security lifecycle management, emergency access, user provisioning, and audit response.
- Perform technical reviews and quality assurance of authorization changes and new deployments to ensure compliance, security, and system stability.
- Lead technical workshops and present complex SAP security topics to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience as a SAP Authorization Consultant , with strong expertise in S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Proven ability to design, propose, and implement innovative authorization and security solutions in complex SAP environments.
- Strong experience in coaching and mentoring team members, supporting their professional and technical development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders in projects.
