Job Summary
As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.
What You’ll Do
- Talent Representation: Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
- Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
- Relationship Building: Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
- Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.
You’ll Thrive if You:
- ✅ Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
- ✅ Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
- ✅ Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills.
- ✅ Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- ✅ Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
- ✅ Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.
