Role Summary

Senior Influencer Marketing Manager – design, execute and lead influencer strategies and campaigns for clients by partnering with social media creators. The role blends creative strategy, casting, negotiation, finance, and legal communication across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement – collaborate with the Director of Influencer Marketing to understand client vision and develop influencer programs.
• Outreach & talent sourcing – create brief, brief talent, source diverse creators, present recommendations, maintain relationships, and track talent database.
• Project & third‑party management – coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, distribute briefs, monitor content compliance, track budgets, and invoice payments.
• Finance & legal – oversee budgets, act as mediator in legal and talent negotiations, and ensure accurate, on‑time creator payments.
• Hybrid scheme – attend office in Bay Area or travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casting, influencer marketing or related field.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat.
• Experience with CreatorIQ, Tagger and production tools.
• Proven in client-facing, brand partnership, or agency setting.
• Strong communication, multi‑tasking, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and fast‑paced project coordination.

Salaray

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,300 – $90,000.
