As a Senior Content Management Analyst - Tax Compliance, you'll be a pivotal force behind our digital content strategy. Leveraging your expertise, you'll manage content projects, optimize user engagement through analytics, and ensure seamless collaboration among team members. Your work will directly impact our brand's online presence and user experience. A successful candidate for the position will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in tax compliance and a strong working knowledge of U.S. Federal and state tax laws.
Key tasks include:
- Tracking changes to tax law and monitoring developments in the tax community
- Working with cross-functional teams on the development and maintenance of CCH Axcess IQ/Advisor
- Creating and building queries in Excel to identify affected taxpayers within Axcess
- Writing sample client letters that practitioners can send to their clients explaining tax developments
- On a rotating basis, coordinating the loading of content to Axcess/AC across several teams
- Assisting with content creation for federal legislative developments in the preparation/loading of federal ELPs and queries
- Assisting with reviewing/editing outside author material and creation of ELPs for new product development (Advisory Services)

- Solid knowledge of U.S. tax legislation

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting issues (taking initiative)
