Growth Marketing Coordinator (ABM & Events) - California Residents Only Job Title: Marketing Development Representative (MDR) – Growth & ABM

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – Remote/Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PT; onsite 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu)

Must-Have Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, sales development (BDR), or a related role

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6sense

Experience supporting event recruitment, ABM programs, or account engagement strategies

Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and adjust strategies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Description: The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) will support the Accountant Growth Marketing team by closing immediate execution gaps caused by resourcing constraints. This role focuses on field event recruitment, account‑based marketing (ABM) research and enablement, and cross‑functional follow‑through on MQL analytics and operational troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, data‑curious, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Own recruitment execution for priority field events in partnership with Sales, Field Events leadership, and Marketing

Drive qualified registrations and confirmed attendance aligned to target audience profiles

Execute calls and email campaigns using Outreach and approved recruitment processes

Track and report recruitment funnel metrics including invitations, registrations, confirmations, and show rates

Proactively identify risks and recommend optimizations to improve event attendance and quality

Collaborate with ABM stakeholders to align outreach strategies and share account‑level insights

Monitor engagement trends across target accounts and surface insights with recommended next actions

Draft email copy and call scripts to support Sales outreach and account engagement

Support list hygiene and recurring list imports to ensure accurate account and contact data

Partner with the Hiring Manager to monitor MQL performance trends

Investigate and support resolution of MQL routing and operational issues

Drive cross‑functional issue resolution to closure with clear status communication

Minimum Qualifications:

2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales development, or operations

Proficiency with CRM and marketing/sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense)

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations

Additional Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior ABM experience (strongly preferred)

Background in Sales Development/BDR transitioning into Marketing, or Marketing experience with deep Sales partnership

Highly enthusiastic, driven, and relationship‑oriented approach
