What We’re Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and strategic business leader to head our marketing organization and drive growth across B2B SaaS and FinTech markets. This role requires a proven leader who can craft and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the global marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on demand generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team across content, digital, product marketing, and events.
Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive pipeline growth for enterprise and mid‑market segments.
Strengthen brand identity and thought leadership through PR, social media, and industry partnerships.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to define messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies for new launches.
Implement data‑driven frameworks to measure marketing performance, optimize spend, and report on KPIs.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate
Proven success in scaling marketing functions for high‑growth companies.
Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and account‑based marketing.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory nuances in financial technology.
Track record of driving ARR growth and supporting enterprise GTM strategies.
Exceptional ability to inspire teams, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and communicate at executive level.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Marketo) and analytics platforms.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years in marketing leadership roles, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS or FinTech environments.
Experience with embedded finance, payment platforms, or SaaS ecosystems.
