Copywriter, Digital – Strategy and Design
We partner with leading brands to accelerate ecommerce growth. The role blends creativity with data‑driven strategy to craft compelling, conversion‑oriented copy across the marketing funnel — from paid social and SEO to retention campaigns.
Responsibilities
Paid Media: Write and test ad copy for paid social, display, and search campaigns. Craft headlines, CTAs, and messaging angles that drive engagement and conversions.
Retention Marketing: Produce brand‑aligned copy for SMS, email, and lifecycle marketing. Tailor messaging for customer segments and funnel stages.
SEO & Web Content: Write optimized blog content, product descriptions, and landing pages that improve organic rankings and traffic. Conduct keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner. Develop SEO content strategies with Growth and Analytics teams.
A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Partner with media and CRM teams to test creative hypotheses, analyze copy performance data, and continuously optimize based on results and trends.
Brand Voice Development: Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand tone across channels, balancing creative storytelling with conversion goals and best practices.
Market Analysis & Optimization
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Conduct thorough research to gain deep insights into client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
Utilize research findings to inform and enhance brand strategy and messaging frameworks.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in digital copywriting in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
Proven ability to write for multiple funnel stages, from upper‑funnel awareness to conversion‑focused CTAs.
Experience writing for paid media, email/SMS, and SEO channels.
Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO best practices, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort collaborating across creative, media, and analytics teams.
