at URW’s iconic locations. As part of this team, you’ll help deliver creative solutions that leverage URW’s assets and resources to create impactful brand experiences.
Role Overview The
Manager, Media Sales & Partnerships
will support media sales efforts across Westfield’s premier destinations. This role is designed for a passionate and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within the organization. You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and handling administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Media Sales Support
Assist in developing proposals and presentations for media opportunities.
Support senior team members in bundling assets for client programs.
Administrative Duties
Manage internal documentation and reporting for campaigns.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track deliverables.
Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare revenue forecasts and update pipeline reports in collaboration with leadership.Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign summaries.
Client Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client needs and ensure timely communication.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with leasing, marketing, and event production teams to execute programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in media, advertising, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.Basic understanding of media sales and marketing concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Passionate, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Office Location
Exempt
$90,000 - $125,000 per year + Discretionary Annual Bonus
