The Senior Manager, Paid Media will partner with the Director of Media to execute and optimize media strategies across a diverse ecosystem including linear TV, CTV, OTT, audio, digital out‑of‑home, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid search, and affiliate marketing. The role focuses on campaign strategy, implementation, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure media plans are executed efficiently and effectively. Assist in the execution of full‑funnel media strategies aligned with brand growth, lead generation, and enrollment goals. Manage day‑to‑day operations of media campaigns, including budgeting, pacing, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with analytics and agency teams to implement measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, Salesforce, Incrementality) and optimize channel performance. Support test‑and‑learn initiatives by coordinating creative and media experiments and reporting on outcomes. Partner with creative and web teams to ensure alignment between media placements and messaging. Maintain documentation and reporting dashboards to track campaign KPIs and budget pacing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, enrollment, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment. Serve as a point of contact for agency partners on campaign execution and reporting. Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries for leadership and cross‑functional teams. Contribute to the development of media briefs and creative asset planning. Create and review monthly and annual budgets. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred. Eight (8) years at an agency or brand directly responsible for the execution of paid media. Experience running both brand and performance media with the knowledge to connect media performance through the funnel to drive efficiency and growth. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting and optimization. Familiarity with MMM, Incrementality, and brand measurement to optimize media. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in media platforms such as SA360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and analytic tools. Additional Information
Expected Salary Range:
$80,336.75 – $140,851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
