A company is looking for a Lead Artist to join their team working on a new online multiplayer RPG.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the internal art team to deliver high-quality art aligned with the project's artistic vision
Build relationships with external partners and ensure art assets meet technical and aesthetic requirements
Collaborate with leadership to define and maintain the art pipeline and manage deliverables
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional art experience for games, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead role
Proven experience managing internal artists and collaborating with external teams
Experience on at least one successfully-published large-scale multiplayer online game title
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality art and understanding of production pipelines
Proficient experience with Unreal Engine and its content pipeline
