Ensemble
Ensemble is the creator‑powered branded entertainment company co‑founded by Ian Schafer and Issa Rae and backed by HOORAE Media. We build a more equitable future for underrepresented creators by connecting brands to culturally fluent creator talent and premium entertainment opportunities across digital, CTV/FAST, experiential, and IP. Our work spans social‑driven originals, premium series, creator‑powered vertical franchises, and brand‑funded entertainment that breaks through where audiences spend their time.
We partner with the world’s most ambitious brands – AT&T, PepsiCo, Mountain Dew, Popeyes, Clinique, Audible, Kraft Heinz, Starry – to create entertainment that delivers both cultural relevance and guaranteed media performance.
The Role
Integrated Marketing Manager — a hybrid storyteller, strategist, and communicator responsible for translating Ensemble’s vision, slate, capabilities, and creative thinking into world‑class sales and marketing materials. This person is the engine behind the deliverables that move our business forward: outbound sales materials, partnership proposals, RFP responses, slate presentations, program wrap decks, creator casting POVs, and thought‑leadership narratives. They understand how brands buy, how entertainment sells, and how to package culturally credible ideas with clarity and persuasion. This is a role entrusted with the responsibility of crafting the materials that reflect how Ensemble shows up to the market for brands and other strategic partners. This role will report into Ensemble’s President. Key Responsibilities
Sales Storytelling & Packaging
Own the strategy, design, writing, and production of all sales, marketing, and partnership decks — from warm outreach to multi‑million‑dollar proposals. Craft clear, compelling narratives that articulate Ensemble’s differentiated value: creator‑powered entertainment, cultural credibility, guaranteed CPV distribution, and Issa Rae/HOORAE’s curatorial ecosystem. Build tiered sales materials that support proactive outreach, inbound interest, agency education, conferences, and industry events. Slate & Programming Packaging
Translate Ensemble’s growing IP slate into sellable brand‑facing materials. Maintain and evolve the
Ensemble 2026 slate materials , ensuring every title has a sharp value proposition, audience POV, and brand integration roadmap. Work with creative, development, and production teams to keep materials current, visually consistent, and strategically aligned. Brand Partnership Enablement
Develop templated but customizable sales materials for category‑specific pitches (CPG, QSR, beauty, sports, tech, entertainment, retail, etc.). Collaborate with Sales to diagnose brand needs and package solutions across creator talent, originals, premium series, and brand‑owned IP. Support RFPs with research, insights, creator casting frames, creative concepts, and distribution plans. Visual & Narrative Standards
Evolve and protect Ensemble’s visual identity across all decks (color, typography, hierarchy, iconography, motion references). Ensure every deliverable is sharp, premium, consistent, and worthy of the HOORAE ecosystem. Translate complex ideas — creator economics, guaranteed CPV distribution models, cross‑screen entertainment packaging — into simple, persuasive visuals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work hand‑in‑hand with Sales, Development, Creator Management, and Production to ensure messaging aligns with real capabilities and strategic priorities. Work directly with leadership to support key pitches, strategic narratives, investment materials, and tentpole brand meetings. Maintain a searchable internal library of decks, templates, charts, and visual assets. Introduce new ways of organizing and indexing to streamline and improve operations. Who You Are
A strategic storyteller who understands how brands buy entertainment — and how creator‑driven culture shapes consumer behavior. Equal parts
writer, designer, editor, and strategist , with impeccable taste and an instinct for cultural fluency. Expert in translating entertainment concepts into advertiser‑ready opportunities. Comfortable synthesizing research, audience insights, creator angles, and brand briefs into tight narratives. Hyper‑organized, detail‑obsessed, and able to manage multiple fast‑turn deadlines. Proficient in Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern presentation tools. Experience in branded content, entertainment marketing, publisher sales marketing, or agency comms planning preferred. What Success Looks Like
Ensemble’s decks become a reflection of our business: clear, premium, compelling, and culturally resonant. Sales moves faster because materials are airtight, strategically aligned, and visually standout. Brands better understand the value of creator‑powered entertainment — and choose Ensemble because we articulate it better (and make it more efficient) than anyone else. Ensemble maintains a consistent, premium market presence that reflects the ambition of HOORAE Media and Issa Rae’s creator ecosystem. Close rates increase. Cycle times decrease. The market sees Ensemble as the studio shaping the future of culturally fluent entertainment. Seniority Level
