Management Consulting Manager
with a deep, balanced understanding of the Communications & Media industry, Software & Platforms, or High Tech sectors, spanning telecommunications, media ecosystems, global technology providers and platform-driven businesses.
Dynamic and passionate, you thrive on driving innovation and delivering results within the rapidly evolving landscape of connectivity, media consumption, cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity and intelligent platforms, with a keen focus on the disruptive potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Core Capabilities
Supply chain and operations transformation
Technology advisory (BSS/OSS modernization, cloud migration, platform modernization, DAM/CMS, cybersecurity)

Content and ecosystem monetization

Responsibilities
Craft comprehensive strategic plans and translate them into actionable, results‑driven roadmaps across connectivity, content and technology platforms.
Optimize network rollouts for Telcos, develop direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) platform strategies for media companies, enable platform scalability for SaaS offerings, and drive go‑to‑market strategies for High Tech leaders.
Lead high‑impact engagements, helping clients navigate complex challenges such as market entry, M&A, ecosystem expansion, content licensing optimization and operational efficiency through automation.
Build strong client relationships across the entire value chain and empower teams to achieve peak performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years combined professional experience in Consulting and the Communications, Media & Technology industry.
Minimum of 4 years experience advising growth, competitive agility, enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points
Experience at a consulting firm.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Prior experience using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools.
Published thought leader in the Communications, Media & Technology industry.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies by location, role, skill set and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles, as required by local law.
Role Location – Annual Salary Range (example): California $94,400 to $293,800; Cleveland $87,400 to $235,000; Colorado $94,400 to $253,800; District of Columbia $100,500 to $270,300; Illinois $87,400 to $253,800; Maryland $94,400 to $253,800; Massachusetts $94,400 to $270,300; Minnesota $94,400 to $253,800; New York/New Jersey $87,400 to $293,800; Washington $100,500 to $270,300.
