Key Responsibilities
Manage a multidisciplinary development team to build effective and sustainable processes
Plan, schedule, and execute the team's work, translating creative vision into actionable plans
Own and manage the project backlog in JIRA, ensuring tasks are well-defined and tracked
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional production experience in game development, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role
Experience shipping at least one large-scale multiplayer online game title
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Expert knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on AAA projects
