Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis to support Health & Life Sciences (HLS) marketing campaigns during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will report directly to the Field Marketing Senior Lead, who will be overseeing both Financial Services and HLS campaigns, providing critical support to maintain operations and campaign execution in the HLS vertical.
Campaign Management & Execution
Execute field marketing campaigns for Health & Life Sciences vertical
Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables
Manage third party activations
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting
Create quarterly media briefs based on current goals and priorities
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with field marketers, partners, sales programs, and AR teams
Coordinate with product marketing for HLS-specific messaging
Operational Support
Maintain campaign calendars, decks and project timelines
Assist with budget tracking
Help project manage marketing programs
Strategic Support
Contribute to HLS campaign strategy discussions
Support measurement and optimization initiatives
Assist with campaign post-mortems and learnings documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
3-5 years of field marketing or demand generation experience
Experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in healthcare/life sciences
Skills & Competencies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics
Ability to work independently while supporting a distributed team
Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology stack
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce ecosystem experience
Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environments
