Meet is working with an established oncology biotech in the Bay Area looking to hire for their marketing team. Were building out a small, high-impact team to support the launch of a brand-new drug - a major inflection point for the company.

Youd be front and center on KOL engagement, advisory board development, and strategic planning for a first-inclass launch - with a clear path to broader strategy leadership as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead KOL engagement and advisory board development.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the firstinclass launch.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Industry experience working with oncology products, ideally with launch experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
