Position: Director of Patient and Guest Relations
Location: Florida
This role oversees PR, marketing, patient relations, and business development. Requires at least 6+ years of general acute care hospital experience in PR, marketing, or business development. A BS degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
Must have strong experience in public relations, marketing, and business development.
Responsibilities include managing the Guest Relations Department and Patient Experience initiatives, addressing patient concerns, identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing communication, and serving as the Patient Safety Ombudsman.
