Job Overview

The Studio Manager is responsible for ensuring the studio meets or exceeds financial goals while providing remarkable leadership in customer service, team member relations, sales, and client participation. The role includes daily support and ongoing development for the team, coaching, motivating, and maintaining studio expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the studio.
• Ensure the studio meets or exceeds financial goals.
• Maximize sales and membership participation.
• Schedule clients and team members efficiently and effectively.
• Provide daily support to team members.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Ensure each client and member has an elevated and consistent experience.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• 3+ years in customer service (Spa/Salon preferred).
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized.
• Ability to problem‑solve with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team with positive support.
• Confidence in sales and educating clients on everything sLA.
