Identify and activate high‑impact growth opportunities across channels, including social, search, CTV, programmatic, and partner marketing. Build data‑informed campaign plans around key tentpoles, programming priorities, and seasonal peaks to drive engagement and subscriptions. Collaborate with creative partners to ensure assets are optimized for performance, message consistency, and fan engagement. Analyze & Optimize for Growth
Manage and report on key KPIs including acquisition volume, conversion rate, retention, LTV, and churn across DTC and partner ecosystems. Build and maintain performance and pacing dashboards to deliver actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative, messaging, targeting, and offers. Connect top‑funnel performance to downstream outcomes—conversion, retention, and LTV—to inform investment and campaign optimization. Champion data‑driven decision making across teams, ensuring seamless integration of analytics tools and marketing platforms. Stay ahead of trends in digital media, ad tech, and audience measurement to inform long‑term growth strategies. Collaborate & Scale
Partner with the performance marketing agency to translate internal priorities into impactful campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Content, Partner, Social, Creative, and CRM teams to align strategy and messaging. Work with Distribution & Partner Marketing to support audience growth initiatives tied to FAST and CTV launches. Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and post‑campaign reporting across marketing and business teams. Identify and implement opportunities to improve attribution, measurement, and overall marketing efficiency. Build strong relationships with platform reps and partners to test emerging tools and optimization strategies. Qualifications

Familiarity with performance dashboards, attribution modeling, and tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau. Working knowledge of CTV/FAST ecosystems, ad formats, and audience segmentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate technical insights into business impact. A self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Tennis Channel is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug‑free workplace.
