Responsibilities
Assist in building portfolio of brands at the Management Unit level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programs.
Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, alliance partners in order to ensure execution of national and local brand plans.
Assist Field Marketing Manager and Management Unit leadership in executing three‑year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.
Execute and activate support plans against portfolio of priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities from creative briefing to managing point‑of‑sale and packaging execution.
Accountable to FMM and MU leadership on maximizing regional investment and activation support (ticket management, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, event management, and on‑site activation execution).
Work in market regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for our customers and consumers.
Qualifications
Have a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
Have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field: consumer product experience preferred.
Love a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with a strong business priorities understanding.
Build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

Pay and Benefits Posting salary range: $68,500.00 – $89,900.00 with a target short‑term incentive of 10% and an average annual benefits spend of $23,000.
