Role Overview As a Visual Designer at btrax, you will shape the look and feel of our client work and internal brand. You will craft digital experiences, build cohesive brand identities, and produce high‑quality visuals from websites and product design to presentations and photography. You will also collaborate closely with our SF and Tokyo teams. We are looking for someone who blends strong technical craft with creative leadership, someone who can propose bold ideas, mentor teammates, and take ownership of visual excellence from concept to launch. If you love turning strategy into compelling design and want to create work that makes an impact globally, you will thrive here Key Responsibilities Lead visual design for websites, landing pages, and digital products Design high‑quality brand identities, design systems, and creative assets Create polished presentations and pitch decks for clients and internal initiatives Develop concepts and execute graphics for marketing and social campaigns Work with Figma for design and prototyping Build modern, interactive sites using Framer (nice to have but strongly preferred) Capture and edit photography for brand and event use Collaborate with strategists, PMs, and engineers across Tokyo & SF Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating team‑wide creative quality Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a visual, brand, or digital designer Strong portfolio showcasing website design, branding, and graphic design Working experience with Framer (or willingness to quickly become proficient) Ability to produce high‑quality photography and visual storytelling Leadership mind‑set and ability to guide projects and junior designers Creative problem‑solving and ability to work independently Experience with AI tools Overseas work or study experience a plus (global mindset appreciated) Why Join Us?
