What We’re Looking For

  • Senior Designer (6–8 years of experience)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Residential experience in architecture or interior design firms
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Rhino and/or SketchUp
  • Strong design sense, graphic ability, and organizational skills
  • Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
  • Must be based in the Bay Area and able to commute to our San Francisco office 3 days per week

Senior Designer Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple residential interior architecture projects from concept to completion
  • Manage and mentor junior designers (2+ direct reports)
  • Create detailed plans, elevations, and custom millwork drawings
  • Oversee vendor and contractor coordination, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage FF&E specification, procurement, and installation
  • Prepare 2D/3D presentation materials
  • Conduct site visits, field verification, and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Intermediate Designer Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of design and documentation
  • Prepare and coordinate interior drawing packages
  • Develop detailed construction drawings with strong material knowledge
  • Track project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and consultants
  • Select finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
  • Produce renderings, 3D sketches, and presentation materials
  • Assist with procurement and site coordination
