Job Description We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will serve as the linchpin in orchestrating the seamless execution of a diverse range of marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role entails leading internal and external day‑to‑day operations and delivery of low‑to‑medium complexity tactical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are meticulously planned, implemented, and delivered on time and within budget, adhering to the highest quality and process standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal and external day‑to‑day operations and delivery of low‑to‑medium complexity tactical projects.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to plan, implement, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Co‑own projects alongside senior‑level Account and Project Management staff, contributing to comprehensive project plans and delivering regulatory review submissions.
Foster client and partner agency relationships and serve as a liaison between client and agency.
Drive the strategic execution of marketing campaigns and maintain high quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a comparable field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
Two to five years of professional experience in an Account and/or Project Management role.
Proactive, solution‑driven, and nimble self‑starter with excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
Client‑service mindset and ability to act as a liaison between client and agency.
High performance in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Understanding of foundational project management skills and standards, and comfort leading teams through a project’s lifecycle.
Solid understanding of scope and change management, project burn‑analysis, communication, action, and mitigation.
Experience building timelines and project estimates, and familiarity with PMIS such as Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships, both internal and external.
Positive attitude, basic negotiation skills, and high level of accountability and ownership of project actions.
Proven organizational and time‑management skills, strong multitasking, and problem‑solving acumen.
Periodic travel required.
