Responsibilities
Own the overall growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, aligning initiatives with business goals and revenue targets Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage content, partnerships, and automation to drive lead generation and customer engagement Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeys Partner with sales and product teams to create messaging and assets that support acquisition and retention Use analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce) to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and fuel business expansion Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows Proven ability to launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing dashboards Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Preferred
Experience in healthcare, education, or SaaS industries Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools Background in SEO strategy and conversion rate optimization Ability to thrive in small teams and fast-paced environments Benefits
