Disney’s DTC Content Partnerships team is seeking a strategic and analytical leader who will be an exceptional addition to our team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Content Partnerships Strategy & Analysis and be an integral part of the group responsible for leading strategic, operational, and analytical projects across the DTC Content organization. You will be responsible for providing a data-driven perspective on DTC’s content portfolio to inform key business decisions, surface opportunities, and develop recommendations to drive content strategy and decision making. You will be blending quantitative output with a strong subjective filter to create meaningful insights, all at a breakneck pace. The right person for this role is a self-starter with exceptional analytical abilities, a passion for operational rigor, and a demonstrated ability to drive business value through analytics. What You’ll Do
Develop and lead the vision behind operational processes and best practices, leveraging AI and other tooling to drive measured improvements in operational efficiency
Partner with Content Leadership and DTC cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., CP&A, Disney+ Programming, Data) to synthesize and package audience and viewership insights for DTC leadership, guiding the overall development and execution of DTC’s content strategy
Lead complex analyses across key content metrics and behavioral insights, synthesizing data and insights into materials with actionable recommendations that are suitable for business leads to make informed decisions
Drive communications, collaboration, and partnership between DTC and internal content studios, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights for creatives
Collaborate with leaders across TWDC (e.g., Marketing, Product, PR, Distribution, Finance, Legal, Operations) to represent the Content perspective and drive cross‑functional initiatives
What to Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business‑focused field, or equivalent work experience
12+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, and/or business operations, preferably within the media or technology sectors
Proven leadership skills across junior and mid‑level teams, with a successful track record of team building and developing talent
Operational rigor, with specific focus on prioritization, project management and driving progress forward under pressured timelines; experience with AI tools to drive operational efficiency a plus
Exceptional spreadsheet and presentation building skills (Google Slides/Spreadsheets, Excel)
Highly proficient in data visualization and utilizing data to drive decision‑making, with ability to connect business requirements to analytics techniques; familiarity with statistical modelling and querying a plus
Refined communication skills with an effortless ability to tailor messages for both business and technical audiences; experienced in delivering presentations to executives/external audiences
Acute ability to maintain both a meticulous attention to detail as well as a big‑picture strategic mentality
Passion for entertainment, TV and technology with a deep knowledge of the evolution of the digital/media industries
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $188,400 to $252,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
