Job Description We are seeking a Production Manager
Design (Sr. Associate) to join a dynamic team focused on empowering internal communicators and ensuring brand consistency across executive messaging. This role combines design expertise, workflow optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Build self-service design tools and templates (presentations, newsletters, event signage) for internal teams. Partner with communicators to capture requirements, design workflows, and train users on tools and processes. Manage design platforms, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, and update user guides. Gather feedback, monitor usage, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and adoption. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT to embed controls and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory standards. Track adoption metrics, share insights, and resolve roadblocks to keep processes running smoothly.
Required Skills & Experience: Strong background in design production and template creation. Proficiency in presentation design, newsletters, and event signage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Familiarity with brand governance and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills: Experience with design platforms and workflow automation. Strong analytical skills for tracking adoption and performance metrics. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and drive process improvements.
