Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer position supports the Marketing department in the creation of graphic design, video, branding, and visual storytelling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will respond directly to the Director of Marketing to plan and develop digital, photo, and video assets across the organization as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality digital, video and print assets, promotional materials, and designing engaging visuals for game-day entertainment and sponsorship integration. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success in this role.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Off-Season/Non-Game Days:
• Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, promotional campaigns, sponsorship packages, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Create templates and layouts for game-day headshots, themed nights, and in-game features.
• Design and update graphics for use on the videoboard, marquees, and other stadium digital displays.
• Design and update graphics for Email & SMS campaigns throughout each season
• Develop branding elements for team initiatives, special events, and community outreach efforts.
• Assist in the creation of print collateral such as posters, flyers, and advertisements.
• Assist in the creation of video collateral such as theme night intros, social media content, and promotional highlights
• Assist in the collection and development of photography at special events.
• Organize and maintain an asset library for efficient access to graphics, logos, and templates.
• Assist in maintaining consistency in the team's visual identity across all platforms.

Game Days:
• Manage and update graphics in use on the live broadcast each game
• Assist in updating video board, in-arena signage and other real-time graphics as needed.
• Assist in operating and troubleshooting videoboard and digital display systems as needed.
• Support live game-day production needs, including last-minute graphic requests and content updates.
• Assist with sponsorship activation by integrating sponsor branding into in-game graphics.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of graphic design or content creation, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience designing digital displays, social media, print materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Experience developing motion graphics and video projects for use across the organization.
• Experience in web design and platform builders such as Forge, Shopify, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually compelling graphics that align with brand identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain and update graphic asset libraries.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to game-day operations, including videoboards and digital signage, is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sports marketing, event branding, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sports photography or photography in general is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Canva, Davinci Resolve, Procreate, or other design tools is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Videography, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
