As we expand, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to help elevate our digital presence and connect with our community.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will own and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead support through compelling content and consistent storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
- Highlight company culture, technicians, community involvement, promotions, and customer success stories
- Manage daily engagement, including comments, messages, and reviews
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends
- Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and field teams to align messaging
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Support paid social campaigns as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media management experience (home services, local business, or agency experience a plus)
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, short-form content)
- Experience managing multiple platforms and posting schedules
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and/or similar tools
