Our well-known entertainment client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photography Coordinator to join a dynamic photography team. This role supports photo operations across unit coverage and marketing shoots, ensuring seamless asset management and quality control. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong passion for photography. The Basics Duration: 6 months Hours: 40 hours per week Location: On-site in New York, NY Top 3 Required Qualifications Photography Experience: Minimum 2+ years in photography or photo asset management Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom) and strong knowledge of digital file specifications Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Other Qualifications Basic photo retouching and color correction skills (advanced skills a plus) Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with metadata standards and digital archiving practices Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (AS degree with 2+ years or HSD/GED with 4+ years acceptable) Bonus: Experience with Capture One, video editing, or handling non-digital photo assets (negatives, slides, transparencies) Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage internal digital asset management (DAM) database and archiving system Ensure adherence to digital naming conventions, file management, metadata tagging, and quality control Transfer, rename, attach metadata, adjust, back up, and upload photography assets to DAM system Upload and confirm pre-air and post-air images on press platforms with accurate metadata Receive and manage digital assets from photographers throughout project lifecycle Provide photo asset support across departments Assist with travel and expense coordination for leadership Retouch and color correct unit and gallery imagery as needed Monitor and help maintain photography budget Capture and manage screen grabs for animated series when required Benefits Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
