Skills and Experience
UX/UI design experience with data dense interfaces and enterprise applications
Workflow and service design thinking for multi-step user flows / journey mapping
Conducting user research with audiences
Design system utilization and augmentation
Excellent documentation habits
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Lucid Spark, Google Suite, Jira
Cross-functional partner management
Emotional Intelligence
