Accessories Designer Job at 24 Seven Talent in Los Angeles

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to focus on Juniors and Kids handbags and backpacks. This role owns the design process from concept through sample execution and is ideal for someone with a strong background in textile prints, graphics, and accessories design who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop handbags and backpacks for the Juniors and Kids markets
• Create original textile prints, patterns, and graphic artwork aligned with seasonal trends
• Produce detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and line sheets
• Manage sample send-outs and communicate with vendors and factories
• Ensure product accuracy through clear specifications, organization, and follow-up
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Merchandising to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accessories design experience; handbags/backpacks strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of textile print design and development
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
