Director of Business Development (Marketing & Admissions)

The Lodge at Natchez Trace is a warm, home-style Assisted Living and Memory Care community dedicated to meaningful connection, compassionate service, and exceptional resident experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to lead community outreach, strengthen referral partnerships, and champion The Lodge as a trusted senior living resource in the Nashville region.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan to increase occupancy and strengthen The Lodge’s presence in the Assisted Living and Memory Care market.
Spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting hospitals, physicians' offices, rehab centers, senior centers, churches, and community organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, case managers, social workers, senior advisors, and local referral networks.
Represent The Lodge at community events, networking groups, professional organizations, and educational programs.
Support the admissions process by ensuring a smooth, warm, and responsive experience for prospective residents and their families.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Resident Care Director, and leadership team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and community operations.
Track referral trends, monitor occupancy metrics, and identify market opportunities for growth.
Stay informed about senior living trends, competitive communities, and local market changes to proactively adapt outreach strategies.
Promote The Lodge’s reputation for genuine hospitality, exceptional care, and resident-centered living.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in senior living marketing, business development, admissions, or related healthcare marketing (Assisted Living/Memory Care experience strongly preferred).
A self-driven, relationship-oriented professional who loves networking and community engagement.
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Comfort working primarily in the field throughout the Nashville market.
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
Warm, compassionate demeanor with the ability to build trust with families, referral partners, and residents.
