Position Summary The Creative & Graphic Designer contributes to the creative design of projects for digital and print mediums across our channels and events. This full‑time, remote, exempt position reports to the Director, Brand & Marketing. The role designs digital marketing materials including email, website, social media, advertising assets and PowerPoint presentations, and is integral to conceptualizing major campaigns, developing visual direction, collaborating with content teams, and turning ideas into reality.

Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 annually.

Specific Responsibilities

Visually design marketing materials including web and digital advertising, social media assets, print and digital collateral, and employee communications.

Create PowerPoint visual solutions to communicate key business messages.

Design performance marketing assets that advance the brand.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ideate and create beautiful designs supporting owned channels and performance marketing.

Work with in‑house web development team to design inspiring web pages.

Brainstorm and generate concepts with the team based on Marketing and Communications initiatives.

Be a brand advocate, ensuring all materials reflect brand standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities None.

Skills

Excellent visual design skills: ability to translate information into visually stimulating and engaging graphics with appropriate hierarchy and scale.

Experience with graphic design fundamentals, typography, color, and layout, including print, digital, and motion design.

Highly organized with strong time‑ and project‑management skills.

Team player willing to support company needs.

Thorough and precise.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross‑departmental team.

Solid interpersonal communication skills.

Some coding experience or exposure for email and website content page development is a plus.

Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software is a plus.

Experience

6+ years of graphic/web design experience.

Experience with UX/UI preferred.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat).

Knowledge of responsive design and mobile‑first approach for SEO.

Solid understanding of major social media channels and content needs.

Experience creating packaging designs used across selling channels.

Portfolio of past work.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in design, art‑related field preferred or equivalent experience.
