Weathervane Senior Living operates a portfolio of senior living communities in Pennsylvania offering Independent Living (IL), Personal Care (PC), and Memory Care (MC) services. Our goal is to create exceptional resident experiences while maintaining strong census and outreach programs.
Job Summary We are seeking a driven and strategic sales leader to direct all marketing and occupancy development efforts across our communities. The ideal candidate is a mentor at heart and a performance-focused marketer with deep knowledge of senior living.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives across IL, PC, and MC communities
Mentor, coach, and motivate community sales teams for success and CRM accountability
Build referral networks and conduct outreach to local partners
Execute digital and event-based marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and drive revenue through census growth
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
5+ years in healthcare marketing or senior living sales leadership
Skills & Qualifications
Multi-site experience, marketing analytics technology, and CRM fluency required (e.g., Sherpa, Move‑N, Yardi)
Accomplished referral development, census growth, lead conversion, and team development skills
Knowledge of IL, PC, and MC markets and Pennsylvania demographics.
Community lease‑up experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision‑making
Flexibility to regularly travel between communities and work various hours, including weekends and holidays
