Team Lead, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment Our Client, a multinational professional services network, is looking for someone to join their team as a Sr. Marketing Associate.
This is a remote 12-month contract that takes place in Mclean, VA.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Up to 8 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, preferably in the tech industry. ISV experience strongly preferred.
Functional understanding of cloud technology and generative AI solutions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in content creation and event coordination.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
Partner with sales, product, and demand generation teams to align messaging and go‑to‑market strategies.
Create and manage marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights.
