Senior Product Marketing Manager
to define, sharpen, and scale the narratives that bring our category to life—especially for buyers in the Fortune 500. This remote, exempt, full‑time position is based in the United States. The role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships. Valid U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
What you’ll do
Own core product positioning and messaging across markets, industries, and enterprise personas. Build and evolve Transcend’s category story.
Conduct deep customer, competitive, and market research to uncover enterprise technical pain points and AI readiness blockers.
Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, compelling value propositions that drive enterprise demand.
Lead end‑to‑end product and feature launches, partnering with Product, Sales, and Enablement to drive adoption.
Create sales enablement assets—including pitch decks, battlecards, persona messaging, and vertical‑specific positioning.
Own competitive intelligence: track market dynamics, assess competitive threats, and refine differentiation strategies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Growth, and Execs to ensure messaging cohesion across GTM initiatives.
Partner with Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing to translate product value into campaign messaging and market‑facing content.
Serve as a category and product expert internally and externally—reinforcing Transcend’s leadership in data permissioning infrastructure.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
8–10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in data infrastructure, AI/ML, or adjacent domains.
Experience marketing to Fortune 500 or Global 2000 technical buyers.
Exceptional storytelling and writing ability; capable of simplifying technical concepts without losing rigor.
Proven success launching products, driving adoption, and partnering with enterprise sales teams.
Strong research skills—you’re comfortable interviewing technical stakeholders, mining insights, and synthesizing complex feedback.
Highly cross‑functional and collaborative; able to lead without authority in a remote environment.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping clarity around emergent categories.
Obsessed with frameworks, narrative cohesion, structure, and crisp communication.
What you should have
Experience in B2B data infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise security.
Experience working in fast‑paced start‑up environments.
Experience driving outcomes in highly regulated environments and leading vision for complex, global products.
