Our client, a public AI company delivering Enterprise AI software, is looking for a VP of Product Design to lead their end-to-end design function and spearhead product design across its applications and platform.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic vision and streamline product and tooling development.

Manage and coach a team of product designers.

Guide UI component development (familiarity with React.js libraries).

Oversee technical integration from design tools like Figma.

Collaborate with engineers to implement assets and ensure robust documentation.

Establish and maintain best practices for design systems and component libraries.

Streamline the process of product and customer feedback.

Evangelize thought leadership in design by producing blogs, demonstrations, webinars, etc.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working with a complex system in the big data, AI, or data analytics field; significant experience in analytics, AI/ML and related data science is a plus.

MS or Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent areas.

Ability to own and drive design for both platform and applications.

Strong user‑centered design process.

Prior management of product design teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including strong executive presence.

Strong problem‑solving skills and bias for action.
