About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and handson Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and brand strategy. This role will define how we tell our story to the world, positioning our company as the leader in natural humanrobot interaction and scaling our platform adoption with both enterprise customers and robotics companies.
As the architect of our brand narrative, gotomarket motion, and demand generation engine, you will work closely with the founders, product, and business development teams to shape company direction and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define our global brand narrative and differentiation in the robotics + AI ecosystem.
- Lead messaging across all platforms (enterprise, developers, partners, end users).
- Craft compelling messaging and oversee highquality content across campaigns and materials.
- GotoMarket Leadership
- Design and lead our company's gotomarket motion from awareness engagement conversion.
- Own strategies across key verticals (hospitality, retail, robotics OEM partnerships), from positioning to campaign execution.
- Growth & Demand Generation
- Oversee digital marketing, community building, and developer outreach.
- Partner with sales to deliver demandgeneration campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to continuously measure, iterate, and improve performance.
- PR & Communications
- Build media, analyst, and industry influencer relationships (with PR agency support if needed).
- Own CES, trade shows, and other strategic events.
- Shape industry and public perception with bold storytelling that positions our company as a category leader.
- Team Leadership
- Hire and mentor a lean but highimpact marketing team (content, digital, events).
- Oversee interns and junior hires, ensuring alignment with strategy.
Qualifications
- Significant marketing leadership experience (typically 8+ years), including at least one cycle of building brand visibility and pipeline at scale in technology, robotics, or AI SaaS/platforms.
- Proven success in scaling earlystage startups and building brand visibility.
- Strong network in tech media, robotics, or AI ecosystems is a plus.
- Handson operator + strategic thinker: comfortable setting vision and executing campaigns.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
