As the Global AdOperations Program Manager you will be responsible for leading complex cross‑functional business needs and process improvement projects within the Advertising Revenue Operations team. This organization ensures that Uber Advertising delivers on the agreed Advertisers' commitments by focusing on setting up, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Uber's products in the Mobility and Delivery businesses. Your main responsibility is to lead actions that drive operational continuous improvement and efficiency gains. Your areas of action encompass fine‑tuning existing processes or product operations as well as establishing/designing processes for new products and features. In this role, you will be expected to autonomously provide process analysis, design, optimization and strategy recommendations. You will also act as a change agent and leader bringing together key stakeholders from within Revenue Operations and partner teams, including Sales, Product, Measurement Operations, etc. In this role you will utilize proven operational excellence methodologies and tools such as Lean, Agile & Design Thinking to lead business processes and change projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit activities impacting the global Ad Operations team and drive operational improvements.
  • Participate in new product/features launches, ensuring the Revenue Operations team have the necessary resources, processes and training to be successful.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify trends and business impact within reported issues and develop projects to eliminate the root causes.
  • Drive and facilitate complex projects focusing on results and measuring attainment of outcomes, including assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Design scaled processes by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.
  • Influence stakeholders (including global process owners, Product owners, Operation managers, Sales and Account Managers) outside your direct area of responsibility to ensure delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks within projects.
  • Conduct effective meetings (business and program reviews) and be able to dive deeply into details as well as convey high‑level plans with clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation and requirements (e.g., project charter, responsibility matrix, functional requirements, implementation approach, reporting, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Advanced proficiency using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skillset.
  • Experience owning program/project strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
  • Certification in one or more of the following or similar – Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, Design Thinking, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Statistics, Finance or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advertising experience is highly desirable.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel.
  • Proficiency in effective written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning and task delegation.
  • Ability to think and react in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

For New York, NY‑based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year – USD$172,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA‑based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year – USD$172,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
