Bankruptcy Attorney Associate
Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with one to three years of experience to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors' rights work at a national level. Qualifications Required: Active Minnesota licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Minnesota is required. One to three years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
