Overview Sr. Product Designer at Sleeper. Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports with a digital playground for sports fans to hang out – checking scores, playing games, chatting, sending memes, and more. The flagship product, fantasy football leagues, is used by over 8 million people internationally. Job Location (2-Day Hybrid): San Francisco Bay Area; Seattle. Responsibilities Design experiences across all platforms – iOS, Android, Web, Tablet Collaborate with other designers in ideation sessions and provide feedback and mentorship to more junior designers Own all aspects of design execution and innovate on existing standards and practices Create design solutions that utilize scalable systems and contribute to the development of Sleeper’s design system Be part of a small but mighty design team pushing the boundaries of innovation What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of full-time Product Design experience A strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showcasing your passion and foundations in design Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive and influence product decisions Sharp attention to detail and mastery of design craft; ability to share knowledge and help other designers level up Expertise with or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes Nice To Have / Extra Points Degree in HCI, web/media design, human-centered or UI/UX design Benefits & Perks Contract-to-hire position; full-time employees receive benefits 401k and health insurance Unlimited PTO Regular virtual team game-time with snacks Company-sponsored fantasy leagues with prizes Bi-quarterly team outings and annual company retreat About Sleeper & Equal Opportunity Sleeper believes in quality over quantity and keeps our team small to maximize impact.
