Role: Web Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Reports To: Chief Architect / Product Owner
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate has strong front-end fundamentals, experience working with APIs, and a solid understanding of performance, usability, and maintainability.
This role works closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites
- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality code
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and CSS frameworks
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in motorsports, racing, or sports tech.
- Experience with TypeScript
- Backend experience (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with CMS platforms or headless CMS solutions
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks
